![]() The tailoring was complex & spot on, for example the "bellows" of the 4 pockets. For me the material was quite thin, more shirt like than jacket like, which might be advantageous in a hot climate, but less so in a temperate one, so it cuts both ways. The safari jackets I bought were the best I could find. Very good & honest (the latter quality becoming rarer in this day & age I think) "customer service". Clothes were decent but not worth the cost. ![]() Especially in an environment with plenty of competition offering free returns and exchanges. In my opinion, it’s bad business practice. Consumers do not get preferential shipping rates and cannot take them as business deductions such as a company like Tag is able to do so. I will never do business with this company again and will most likely take the time to publicly review them to deter other consumers from making the same mistake I did. So I just spent ~$30 in shipping fees to learn Tag clothes run big and I don’t like like the way their shorts fit. My refund will be docked the original shipping fees. Once I learned how much it was going to cost to send back, I decided to return all the items and not risk having to exchange the items again. I originally wanted to return 2 and exchange two for size. It’s a cost of the company to do business not the consumer. Cost to return/exchange clothes should be covered by the company.
